European Pickleball Federation welcomed as a Continental Member of the World Pickleball Federation
Short answer: The European Pickleball Federation said on 4 August 2026 that it had been welcomed as a Continental Member of the World Pickleball Federation, after its members voted to authorise applications to both the WPF and the Global Pickleball Federation.

The page we checked does not state the status of the application to the GPF, so we do not report one. Check the EPF site for updates.

- The EPF partnered with the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) to bring its Level I coaching credential to coaches across Europe (29 July). The IPTPA credential is described as recognised in more than 90 countries.
- The EPF recognised the 2026 Pickleball World Cup event in Da Nang, Vietnam, 30 August to 6 September (17 July).
- Universidad Europea is described as the first university in Europe to host a university-level course developed with the EPF and IPTPA.
